cutting edge of new green employment opportunities. We currently offer 2
different types of certifications in energy auditing and weatherization and by the
1st quarter of 2010, we will offer 8 certifications in different aspects of green job
training.

The Green Beginnings Environmental Conservation and Weatherization
service will be launched In the fourth quarter of 2009. The Green Beginnings
Weatherization service provides a next generation service that includes
energy auditing, weatherization and energy conservation retrofitting services
that lead to Net Zero energy use. Our weatherization service maximizes our
customer's energy efficiency goals, virtually eliminating energy waste so that
clients can subsequently install renewable energy source materials.

Thus, Our weatherization service is one step toward our customer's ultimate goal, to transform their
